Firm founder Joel Harner began Let us, Inc. to offer busy professionals an alternative to managing multiple home services on their own. His goal is to make his clients’ projects and renovations as simple and stress-free as possible, while maintaining a high level of integrity, responsibility and quality in everything he does.

“I care about my clients’ properties, and I expect them to look immaculate after we’ve finished a project,” Joel says. “This means that, along with delivering value and efficiency in everything we do, we will go above and beyond what’s expected of us to get the job done right.”

Joel has a BAC in communications and marketing from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed and insured building. He’s known for his honest and straight-forward approach to business and is becoming a leader in green design, LEED builds, and sustainability innovation.
