How we work

Before we can begin simplifying our clients’ maintenance and renovation projects, we first need to identify them. Our process begins with an in-depth consultation that often reveals a client’s specific, individual needs. After identifying and prioritizing the different projects through our thorough checklist, we provide a comprehensive estimate of services and a detailed schedule of each project.

Upon approval of the estimate and schedule, we’re ready to get down to business. Want those windows washed tomorrow? We’ll take care of that. Need the leaky faucet fixed before the weekend? We’ll arrange that. Need to have the sunroom enlarged while you’re out of town? We can handle that. And we won’t pepper you with phone calls or multiple invoices for the various services we provide.
